Bottom line

Neurogan currently sells a broad cannabinoid catalog that includes CBD gummies and oils plus CBN- and CBG-focused products. The brand’s own collection pages emphasize in-house production in San Diego, third-party testing and cGMP-certified manufacturing. Those are useful quality signals to verify product by product, but they do not establish that a product treats or prevents any disease.

What Neurogan sells

At the time of review, Neurogan’s CBD catalog lists dozens of products across gummies, oils/tinctures and additional formats. Its dedicated CBN and CBG collections include gummies and oils, with some combination formulas.

Testing and manufacturing claims

Neurogan states that its products are third-party lab tested and points shoppers to lab results/COAs. Its CBD gummies collection also states that products are made in-house in San Diego and manufactured in a cGMP-certified lab. We treat these as merchant claims that should be re-checked against the exact product and batch you plan to buy.

Potency is not a quality score

Neurogan markets several high-potency products. A larger milligram number can mean more cannabinoid per serving or per container, but it does not make a product universally “better.” Compare the serving size, cannabinoid profile and your own risk factors rather than using potency as the only ranking criterion.

Safety and regulatory context

The FDA says non-prescription CBD products have not been approved as drugs and warns that CBD can cause side effects, may affect how other medications work, and has been associated with liver injury. FDA also strongly advises against cannabis products, including CBD, during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Those cautions apply regardless of brand.

When to compare alternatives

Compare alternatives if you want a different potency range, a different cannabinoid profile, a different price structure, or simply another company’s testing and manufacturing approach. Our Neurogan alternatives page compares selection criteria without pretending there is one best brand for everyone.
